Our Mission &
Board of Directors.

The Alberta Robotics Association (ARA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering youth through the exciting world of robotics. We provide opportunities for students across Alberta to engage in hands-on STEM education by participating in FIRST LEGO League (FLL), FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC), and FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) community programs. With teams based in both Edmonton and Calgary, ARA is a hub for innovation, collaboration, and skill development. Our mission is driven by an incredible network of mentor volunteers who guide and support students as they explore engineering, coding, and teamwork. By fostering creativity and problem-solving, ARA helps shape the next generation of leaders and innovators in science, technology, and beyond.
